  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Rainbow in the Pines is not responsible for shipping delays once it's in the hands of the USPS. However, we will issue a store credit if your order does not arrive, according to tracking. USPS's time estimate is 5-8 business days.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue (photos please) and make it right with a replacement (if available) or store credit. Thank you!
